Paul Guinn

Paul Guinn, Director of Finance at Easterseals since 2016, is responsible for all financial needs and works closely with the CEO, HR, and Program Directors. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from USC, he previously worked in the for-profit industry before transitioning to non-profit. Paul finds satisfaction in supporting his team to provide care to children and families, indirectly contributing to the community by ensuring paychecks, insurance, and 401(k) benefits. In his free time, he enjoys caring for plants and pottery. His life motto is: "Show up, Shut up, Half smile, Go the extra mile."
