Maddison Rustin

Maddison Rustin is an Early Intervention Family Trainer at Easterseals, serving the Rich/Lex area. She supports young children with developmental delays and their families by focusing on play-based learning and providing guidance to caregivers to support growth at home. Maddison holds a bachelor’s degree in child development and brings three years of experience in supporting child development and building positive relationships with families. She finds it especially rewarding to see children’s progress and help families feel confident in encouraging their child’s development during everyday moments. In her free time, Maddison loves drawing and being creative, often bringing this artistic side into her work to find imaginative ways to engage children in learning.
