Karen Larson

Karen Larson is the Director of Early Intervention, leading and supporting the early intervention team and fostering community partnerships. Her responsibilities include data analysis for quality improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting high-quality, family-centered, and developmentally appropriate practices. She holds an undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University and a graduate degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Karen also has the Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E®) as an Infant Family Specialist and Infant Family Reflective Supervisor. With over three decades of experience since 1993, she enjoys that Easterseals' services are rooted in the belief that early, healthy relationships and interactions are essential for a child's lifelong growth. In her free time, she enjoys tackling small home improvement projects.
