Brannon Faulkner serves as the Human Resources Manager at Easterseals South Carolina, where she plays a vital role in aligning staff with the organization’s mission and ensuring operational excellence across the state. With a background in psychology and a heart for service, Brannon brings a unique blend of clinical insight and strategic leadership to her work in HR.
Brannon began her career at Easterseals SC as an Early Intervention Specialist, later transitioning to support the therapy department. These early roles gave her firsthand experience working directly with children and families, deepening her belief in the power of early support systems. Over time, she recognized how strong internal operations and organizational culture are essential to delivering high-quality services—and stepped into a leadership role to help strengthen those systems.
Today, Brannon leads key HR functions including talent recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and employee relations. She is particularly focused on cultivating an inclusive and supportive work environment where staff feel empowered and valued. Her passion for the work is personal: born with a physical disability in her left arm, Brannon is a strong advocate for early intervention and pediatric therapy, and understands the lifelong impact these services can have.
“I love engaging with the employees and departments daily. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a statewide team that’s making a difference in the lives of children and families.”
Brannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her cooking, reading, or spending time with her husband and three children at their family farm—her favorite place to relax and recharge.
