We are currently looking to hire Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA's) in North Charleston and Summerville.
Basic Responsibilities:
Coordinates and Schedules regular visits with parents/caregivers for in-home and/or natural environment intervention activities for Pediatric Therapy Clients. Provides discipline-specific treatment for client population, including:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ condition, limitations, medical histories, and make personal goals.
- Communicate with physicians, family, and other health care providers to coordinate care.
- Maintain client therapy records by recording client's progress in service notes each treatment session, Progress Notes every three months, and yearly Re-Evaluations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited program; current South Carolina Board of Therapy license. Minimum of one-year experience working with infants/young children with developmental delays. *Must have reliable personal transportation.
